AZ Math Test Prep Course Summary
This course is designed to give students the tools necessary to pass the Arizona State Assessment, which is factored into their corresponding course grade. This class will review critical concepts that were covered in Algebra and Geometry. An example of some of the material that will be covered follows:
Algebra - Solving radical equations, finding the slope and rate of change, graphing equations, and multiplying and factoring and solving polynomials.
Geometry - Determining angle measures, proofs, determining arc lengths, finding surface area and volume, and solving ratios and proportions.
Algebra concepts will be covered the first semester and Geometry concepts will be covered the second semester.
Prerequisites: High school Student that has already completed either Algebra I or Geometry
